Wish Me Luck on the California Bar Exam

Morning everyone.  I’ll be taking the California Bar Exam in just 48 hours, and thanks to that it’s been a wonderful three weeks of both relaxation and hardcore studying.  Of course this means that I’ve had less time to write to you all so apologies for that.  On the other hand, the time off gave me a quick snapshot of what retirement and financial independence could be like.  Only, instead of studying, I’d be working on my own projects or business.  And instead of receiving a biweekly paycheck, I’d be getting regular dividend payments from my index funds.

It’s hard to imagine that in just a few years I could be experiencing the last three weeks everyday – waking up without an alarm, relaxing by the pool and pursuing my dreams without worrying about a steady income.  And best of all, I can spend more time with family and friends.

If only that day could come sooner.  Until then, I’ll have to do my job.  And to do that, I need to pass the bar exam.  So here goes nothing.  Wish me luck!
